AI Qi Men Dun Jia Chart

Qi Men Dun Jia forms a chart from time and space, reading circumstances, direction, and timing through the Nine Palaces, Eight Doors, stars, and deities. Once the chart is fixed, AI interprets it and answers follow-up questions.

What is Qi Men Dun Jia?

Qi Men Dun Jia stands at the summit of the traditional Chinese arts: grouped with Tai Yi and Liu Ren as the Three Cosmic Arts, it was long reserved for strategists and known as the art of emperors. Its ambition is to place heaven, earth and human affairs on a single map of time and space — a chart is cast for the moment of the question, the Nine Stars answering to heaven's timing, the Eight Doors to human action, the nine palaces to terrain and direction, the Eight Gods to hidden currents — and situation, direction and timing are judged by how these layers corroborate one another. It does not read a whole life; it decides one matter at one moment. FateMaster uses the hour-based rotating-plate method with Chai Bu formation: the program casts the chart, the AI interprets it, and identical input always yields the same verifiable chart.

What is actually inside the chart?

The chart uses 9 palaces to carry 9 stars, 8 doors, 8 gods and the Three Nobles and Six Yi. Read these as separate layers before combining them.

E
Earth plate and palace
The earth-plate stems form the foundation; each palace also has direction, phase and original star-door relationships.
H
Heaven plate and stars
The Chief follows the hour stem while the other stars rotate in a fixed ring; heaven-plate stems travel with the stars.
D
Eight Doors
Rest, Life, Harm, Block, View, Death, Shock and Open describe routes and states; the Envoy flies by the hour branch.
G
Eight Gods
Chief, Serpent, Great Moon and the other gods add manner and hidden context, but cannot be read apart from their palace.
C
Corrections
Emptiness, Horse Star, door pressure, punishment, entombment and star state correct a simplistic favourable-unfavourable reading.
S
Structures
Structures are detected from actual plate-stem and chart relationships; the linked dictionary currently contains 134 searchable terms and structures.

The nine palaces are not a generic grid

This is the fixed Luo Shu arrangement used to orient the chart. Stars, doors and gods are then placed in the eight outer palaces. Under this rotating-plate convention, Center 5 keeps its earth stem and lodges with Kun 2 for display and calculation.

This orientation diagram is not your cast chart. A real chart adds the calculated heaven and earth stems, stars, doors, gods and annotations for the selected moment.

How one moment becomes nine palaces

How does code turn a moment into a chart?

Charting is a deterministic pipeline. The wording of the question cannot alter the formation or move a star or door. With the same local date, time and method, the chart layer can be reproduced.

  1. 01

    Read local civil time

Keep the wall-clock year, month, day, hour and minute entered by the user; invalid dates or values without an offset marker are rejected rather than replaced with server time.

  2. 02

    Fix pillars and solar term

The year changes at exact Start of Spring, the month at the exact sectional-term transition, the day at 23:00, and the hour follows the post-rollover day stem.

  3. 03

    Set Chai Bu formation

The current term determines Yin or Yang Dun. The day pillar's position fixes upper, middle or lower Yuan, and the formation table supplies the formation number.

  4. 04

    Lay the earth plate

Wu, Ji, Geng, Xin, Ren, Gui, Ding, Bing and Yi are placed from the formation palace, forward in Yang Dun and backward in Yin Dun.

  5. 05

    Find Chief and Envoy

The hour pillar identifies the Xun head. The original star and door of the palace holding its hidden stem become Chief and Envoy, with an explicit center-lodging rule.

  6. 06

    Rotate plate, doors and gods

The Chief follows the hour stem; stars rotate together, the Envoy flies by the hour's ordinal within the Xun, doors align, and gods follow the Yin-Yang direction.

  7. 07

    Add corrections and structures

Each palace receives star state, hour and day emptiness, Horse Star, door pressure, punishment and entombment before actual stem combinations are matched to structures.

The current method identifier is shijia-zhuanpan-chaibu. Zhi Run, flying-plate or different day-rollover rules can legitimately produce a different chart, so compare conventions before comparing outputs.

Evidence first

Reliability means checking three layers separately

Do not settle for repeated claims that a reading is accurate. Check three things: the input, whether the chart can be reproduced under the same rules, and whether the interpretation points to specific evidence.

  1. A

    Is the input consistent?

Date, time and charting convention determine the base chart.

Verify the chosen time; near 23:00 or a solar-term boundary, also check the rollover convention.

  2. B

    Can the chart be reproduced?

The Four Pillars, formation, nine palaces, stars, doors and gods follow fixed rules.

Under the same rotating-plate and Chai Bu convention, compare stems, stars, doors and gods palace by palace.

  3. C

    Can the reading be traced?

The interpretation should name the indicator, its palace, supporting and limiting conditions, then derive trends, timing and advice.

If a conclusion cannot point back to a palace and chart relationship, do not trust it.

03 · Use

Give the chart one clear question

In what order should a chart be read?

A fixed reading order improves signal-to-noise: establish the main relationship, add modifiers, and only then discuss timing and strategy.

  1. I

    Identify person and matter

Locate Day Stem, Hour Stem and any topic-specific indicator, then record the palace of each.

  2. II

    Compare the palaces

Read Five-Phase support or control, seasonal strength, inner or outer position and whether the indicators share a palace.

  3. III

Layer door, star, god and stems

Door describes the event route, star the condition, god the manner, and the heaven-earth stem pairing adds specific relational clues.

  4. IV

    Apply corrections last

Emptiness, entombment, punishment, pressure and Fu Yin/Fan Yin alter surface strength; translate the final trend into testable actions and observations.

How do you ask a more useful question?

The moment fixes the chart; the question fixes the focus. A specific, actionable question makes indicator choice clearer and creates something you can review against reality.

  1. 01

    One matter at a time

Do not combine work, relationships, money and health. Choose the one current conflict that needs a decision.

  2. 02

    State context and options

Say what stage the matter has reached, what paths exist and what you fear most; avoid a blank request to read your luck.

  3. 03

    Ask about trend and action

Instead of demanding a guarantee, ask about obstacles, resources, timing and what evidence to watch next.

Try questions like these

  • I am comparing two job offers. Which risks and resources should I verify over the next three months?
  • This partnership has reached pricing. What is the main obstacle to progress, and what should I handle first?
  • Communication in this relationship keeps stalling. If I continue, what approach and expectation should I adjust?

Rule sources and evidence limits

Transmitted rules define the charting convention; regression fixtures keep the implementation from drifting. Classical sources document rules inside the traditional system, not modern scientific proof of predictive outcomes.

AI Qi Men Dun Jia FAQ

01Does AI cast the Qi Men chart?

No. Code first creates and saves the complete chart with the hour rotating-plate Chai Bu method. AI later reads the Four Pillars, formation, Chief, Envoy and palace facts; question wording cannot change the formation or positions.

02Why can two tools disagree for the same time?

Check whether both use the hour rotating plate, Chai Bu, a 23:00 day rollover and identical solar-term boundaries. Zhi Run, flying plate, center lodging and rollover conventions can produce different charts by design.

03Should I use the current time or event time?

For a clear question asked now, use the moment you formally frame and ask it. For a specific past event, you may choose the event time and explain that context. Do not keep changing the time to seek a preferred result.

04How should Qi Men accuracy be evaluated?

There is no universal percentage. First check stable input and palace-level output, then whether the reading cites the correct indicator, palace and modifiers, and finally review the advice against what actually unfolds.

05Does a favourable door or structure guarantee success?

No. Door, star, god, stems and palace must be combined, and emptiness, entombment, pressure, punishment, strength and host-guest relations can change the result.

06What questions suit Qi Men?

It is most useful for a concrete work, partnership, relationship, travel or strategy question with context, options and a time frame. It cannot replace diagnosis, legal advice, investment guarantees or safety expertise.
